A Traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience. It’s focused on giving you the skills and experience you need to get a job, either directly or through an Apprenticeship. If you’re motivated and looking for work, then this course could be for you. It’s a mix of training-based and employer-based activities.
If you’re 19+ and looking to fund your courses, well from May 2016 you can with the Governments 19+ Advanced Learning Loan. The Government announced last year that they would be expanding the eligibility criteria for Advanced Learner Loans (formerly 24+ Advanced Learning Loans) in the 2016 to 2017 academic year.
Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)
This qualification is aimed at individuals who wish to build on their knowledge and skills in the customer service sector. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role in a senior position and is applicable to a variety of work environments. It forms both the knowledge and competency requirements of the Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service and can also be taken on a stand-alone basis.
